Blending contemporary design with classic architecture

The rear extension remodel of this family home in Wimbledon blends traditional architecture with stunning, contemporary interiors carefully designed to support the evolving needs of a family of six. Architectural lighting is seamlessly integrated and balances harmoniously with decorative elements, which were sourced in collaboration with our client and interior designer, allowing light to interact with colour, forms, and materials. Organic shapes soften the tall glass elevation and visually connect the interior with the garden beyond, while a lighting control system enables tailored scenes to adapt to the shifting atmospheres of the day . A layered lighting scheme creates warm, playful and versatile zones across the open-plan living spaces, games room, annex, and exterior landscape.
