Wimbledon Village Family Home

Set in the heart of Wimbledon Village, Splash of Light was commissioned to design the internal and external lighting schemes for this beautifully considered family home. Structural adjustments to improve room flow and natural light informed the overall approach, with a Lutron lighting control system creating a range of atmospheres across the ground floor, garden, and principal bedroom suite. Architectural accent fittings – recessed into joinery, used as floor washers, and positioned as step lights – bring artwork and objects into focus, while carefully sourced warm alabaster, opal, and clear glass decorative fittings deliver a sense of quiet luxury throughout. Light gently guides movement between each interconnected space, drawing the family together at the heart of a home designed to help the family recharge, relax and restore.
